1. About us
Urban Houndz ("we", "us", "our") is a trading name of Marc Atkinson, a UK-based sole trader operating a custom print-on-demand business. We sell personalised hoodies, sweatshirts, t-shirts and other garments printed using DTF (Direct to Film) technology, based on designs and images supplied by our customers, with optional AI-assisted image editing and enhancement.
2. Products and pricing
All products are made to order based on the design, size, colour, and options you select at checkout. Prices are shown in GBP and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before an order is confirmed.
Because every garment is custom printed, small variations in colour, print placement, and exact sizing are a normal and expected part of the DTF printing process and do not, on their own, indicate a fault (see our Returns & Refunds Policy for what does count as faulty).
3. Payment
Payment is processed securely through Stripe at the point of checkout. We do not see or store your full card details. Your order is only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.
4. Order acceptance and design approval
You'll be shown a preview of your design before completing checkout, and asked to confirm you're happy with your design, colour, and size selection. Once you complete checkout, you're confirming that the preview accurately reflects what you want printed. We begin production shortly after payment is confirmed, so please check your design carefully before proceeding.
5. Customer-supplied images, logos, and content
You are responsible for ensuring that any photograph, artwork, or logo you upload is either your own original work, or that you have the necessary permission or licence to use it. You must not upload content that infringes anyone else's copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights, or content that is illegal, offensive, or violates the rights of any third party.
By uploading content, you grant Urban Houndz a limited licence to upload, store, resize, enhance, transform, process (including via AI tools), prepare for print, print, and otherwise use your content solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order. We do not claim ownership of your uploaded images, artwork, or logos, and we do not use your content for any purpose beyond fulfilling your order unless you separately agree otherwise (for example, giving permission to feature your design in our gallery).
At checkout, you'll be asked to confirm that you have the necessary rights to use the image you've uploaded. This confirmation, along with a timestamp, is recorded against your order.
6. AI image processing
Our site offers optional AI-powered tools to help you edit your image before printing — for example, background removal, style transformation, or image enhancement. These tools use third-party AI processing services. Results from AI processing can vary and are not guaranteed to be perfect; we recommend reviewing the AI output carefully before proceeding to checkout, since this is the image that will actually be printed.
7. Print quality and natural variation
DTF printing is a high-quality process, but as with any physical print production, minor variation in colour accuracy (screen colours can differ slightly from printed colours), exact print placement, and garment sizing between batches is normal and does not itself constitute a fault.
8. Production and delivery
Production and dispatch timelines are shown on our Delivery Information page. Orders are shipped via Royal Mail. It's your responsibility to provide an accurate and complete delivery address at checkout — we are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect address supplied by you. If a parcel is lost or significantly delayed in transit, contact us and we will investigate with the courier and work with you to resolve it.
9. Cancellations, faulty items, and refunds
Full details are set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy. In summary: because items are made specifically for you, change-of-mind cancellations do not normally apply once production has begun, but this does not affect your statutory rights if an item arrives faulty, damaged, or materially different from what you approved.
10. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under UK law. Subject to that, our liability for losses arising from your use of this site or your order is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.
11. Prohibited content
We reserve the right to decline to print any design that is illegal, infringes intellectual property rights, is hateful, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate, and to cancel and refund any such order.

13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
